Short Biography:

Amanda Andlee Poland is an Adelaide based artist, born in Melbourne in 1958.
Her practice explores gendered identity and autobiography expressed in diverse media ranging from large-scale installations to photography, painting and printmaking. Much of her most recent work is photo based. She has exhibited consistently in group shows since completing her Masters in Visual Arts at University of South Australia in 1995.
Since 1996 Amanda has been part of the Section#1 artists’ group. She has work in public and private collections throughout Australia.
